TryThisFuel is high-protein eating, planned. A new easy, macro-labeled recipe every day — and a planner that turns them into your week: set your calories and protein, get all seven days with the grocery list and prep flow, swap anything and the day re-balances.
Why the numbers can be trusted
Every macro panel on this site is computed, not estimated: each ingredient is resolved against the USDA FoodData Central database, scaled by its gram weight, and summed per serving. If an ingredient can't be verified, the recipe doesn't ship. The same verified data powers the planner — so when a week says 2,000 calories and 140g protein, that's arithmetic over USDA data, not a guess.
How it works
Recipes are built for real life: one-pan dinners, no-cook desk lunches, air-fryer favorites, and meal-prep bowls, most between 5 and 45 minutes. Prep-friendly dinners are flagged to cook double so tomorrow's lunch is already done — the planner uses those flags automatically.
The founding cohort
The planner is in free beta. Member accounts with saved plans are live, and the founding cohort — the first 100 members — locks $8/month for life (standard pricing will be $12/month at full launch). Details on the pricing page.
The fine print
Everything here is general food information for healthy adults — recipes, macros, and planning tools. It is not medical, dietetic, or treatment advice, and nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, or prevents any condition. For individual dietary guidance, talk to a registered dietitian or your clinician.
