Ingredients
- 16 oz ground turkey
- 2 cup sweet potato
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp garlic
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cook 2 minutes.
- Add diced sweet potato, cover, and cook 6 minutes until tender.
- Push veggies aside, add ground turkey and chili powder. Break up and brown 5 minutes.
- Stir in drained black beans, warm through, and serve.
